Ken Springer is the President of the Knox County Area Partnership for Economic Development. A native of rural West Michigan, he completed his graduate work in Applied Community and Economic Development through the Stevenson Center at Illinois State University. Prior to coming to Galesburg, he served as Vice President of the Bloomington-Normal Area Economic Development Council. His professional achievements include successfully-closed projects in industries such as food processing, heavy manufacturing, high-tech, IT, logistics, recycling, mixed-use and others.

Kyle Kelley is the Director of Client Engagement for the Knox County Area Partnership for Economic Development. A Galesburg native and graduate of GHS, he returns to the community from Peoria, IL where he spent the last four years in the banking industry. Kyle brings a strong sales skillset to the Partnership in addition to his experience in working with small businesses. When he’s not meeting with clients or volunteering in the community, he likes to spend time with his family.

Taylor Ishman is the Director of Communications for the Knox County Area Partnership for Economic Development. Taylor is an Iowa native and also where she obtained her B.S. in Public Relations from Iowa State University. Her background in non-profit work, community outreach, marketing and social media are her skillsets to add to the Partnership. In her spare time she enjoys exploring new cities and spending time with her family.

Pam Perkins serves as the Executive Assistant and Accountant for the Knox County Area Partnership for Economic Development. She also serves in the same capacity for the Galesburg Area Chamber of Commerce. Pam is a Galesburg native and GHS grad. She graduated from Carl Sandburg College with an Associate’s Degree in Accounting. She comes to the Partnership with many years of bookkeeping experience and a strong skillset in community outreach and organization. She is a member of Galesburg’s Sunrise Rotary and serves as President of the Galesburg Business Women’s group. In her spare time she loves to spend time with friends, travel, and play golf.
